Terms of Use

Voytrix is a travel tracking app that lets you record visited countries, regions and cities, collect achievements, and connect with friends to share your travel journey.

The service is provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voytrix. Users under the legal age of majority in their country must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You retain ownership of the travel data you input. By using Voytrix, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide and improve the service.

You may delete your data and account at any time directly from the app.

Voytrix offers a premium subscription ("Voytrix Pro") with additional features, including viewing friends' maps and achievements.

• Payments are processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations must be made directly through the store where you subscribed
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy
• Premium features may change over time — active subscribers will be notified of significant changes

You agree not to use Voytrix to:

• Engage in any illegal activity
• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

The friends and social features of Voytrix allow users to connect and share travel data. You control the visibility of your content through privacy settings in your profile.

We reserve the right to remove friendships or restrict social features in cases of abuse.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

Voytrix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or indirect damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
